  133. Installing WebExpress is easy.  Just follow the brief steps outlined
  134. below:

  136. 1. Start up Windows.

  138. 2. In Windows 95 from the Start Menu, or Windows 3.1 from the
  139. File menu in Program Manager, select Run.

  141. 3. You need to run the SETUP program which is included with the files
  142. that came with WebExpress.  The actual command you need to enter
  143. depends on the location of those files on your system.  Here are a
  144. couple of examples:

  148. 4. Once SETUP is running, follow the onscreen prompts to successfully
  149. install WebExpress.
